WHERE WILL THE VEHICLE BE LOCATED?

Rocky Mountain Rentals Home Base is 6800 Canosa St. Denver, CO 80221.
Delivery is available for a fee within a 15 mile radius of our home location.
For reservations with delivery to locations where the vehicle must be parked in a lot that requires payment renters will be expected to cover this cost, in addition to our delivery fee.

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY TO THE DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

For airport delivery vehicles are left with Park My Car Share at the ParkDIA Shuttle Lot. Renters will expect to pay $41.99 directly to the parking operators to exit the lot.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?

Aside from the $41.99 payble to our parking operators with Park My Car Share, renters are welcome to add "Extras" such as: prepaid refuel, post trip cleaning, or ski rack. 

Additionally renters may be charged for incidentals such as tolls, tickets, refuel, or cleaning. This list is not exhaustive and more details are found in out Rental Terms and Conditions.

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?

Pick the vehicle up at your convenience. Our process for vehicle exchanges is completely contactless, and as long as all Pre Trip action items have been completed the vehicle will be prepared and ready for you at your reservation start time.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?

We accept reservations at all times. Last minute reservations may be difficult to accommodate, but we will do our best.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

You or any Authorized driver under the Rental Agreement will be protected against liability for causing bodily injury or death to others or damaging the property of someone other than you or the Authorized driver. This does NOT include physical damage to our vehicle. Renters are welcome to review our Vehicle Protection Plans.

ARE THERE LIMITS AS TO HOW FAR I CAN DRIVE THE VEHICLE?

Vehicles are prohibited from exiting the United States (Mexico/Canada), but other than that feel free to roam coast to coast. Each reservation does include a mileage limit (typically 200 miles/day).
